Not sure about that …. never know though.
Just a thought, but wouldn’t your blog come under Asia? Since it is about Japan…
Or do they do nomination by the nationality of the person writing?
I think both are valid Mike, from what I’ve seen with past nominees anyway. Maybe best topical blog might have been more appropriate too.
