Erotic Japan

July 24, 2008 · 13 comments

In a strange coincidence the sunny weather icons on this day spell the katakana word “エロ” which in English is Ero …. or Erotic as you would know it.

I’ve never thought of the weather as Erotic …. the weather girl on the other hand ….

Erotic Japan

I saw this on Mari’s site the other day.

As we know Neil…you were a prominent figure on the Melbourne social scene. Mixing it with sport stars, TV personalities, those with corporate clout and of course washed up C Grade 15 minute wanna-be’s like me gave you plenty of opportunity to take advantage of the throng of lovely ladies that come hand in hand with that type of crowd. And who can blame the ladies for liking the duck…handsome, intelligent, witty, articulate, plenty of flash money and without a doubt the funniest bloke I know. Enjoys bush walking, long summer night strolls along the beach, reading and breeding budgerigars. Very surprised that your chance meeting with our resident weather girl didnt end up getting a little steamy like an evening in Bangkok.

“Enjoys bush walking, long summer night strolls along the beach, reading and breeding budgerigars” – you should write profiles for singles sites mate.

The closest i came with Liv was at Steve O’s wedding …. when after some shifty place changes by Adrianne i ended up next to Liv who, after bringing it up that i had changed the seating, still asked me out for the first dance after the bridal party …. luckily for me i was just on the back of some Street Latin classes so my dance game was on high.

A coincidence or practical joke? Either way, well spotted! I would’ve been too busy looking for my area’s Kanji than studying the layout of the weather symbols!

Practical Joke outside of a game show in Japan? I think not …. ! Same, same though Nick … takes a while to pick your own area with the Kanji … i can do that easily enough for Tokyo these days but nowhere else.

Does erotic describe “hot” weather in Japanese?

No, it’s just the formation representing ERO by chance or maybe set-up, but i doubt ….. doubt that very much.

It’s not like changing the weather around will make any difference knowing weather stations getting their predictions wrong 4/5 times, at least where I live. Hilarious find and kinda uhh creepy. Maybe that girl is trying to hint out at something? Any takers?
