Japanese children show producers expect absolute purity from their actors and actresses. There are a ton of lookalikes in the Japanese porn industry and they copy the names of the girls they resemble. This I know for a fact because I work with Japanese porn on a daily basis (and have done so for the past 6 years), and I have children. The smallest mistake in a actor/actresses' life can lead to dismissal. One only has to look at the recent Kusanagi incident to understand this. All that said, if you can produce proof, I'll happily retract my statement IN AS FAR AS accepting that the girl would be an extreme exception to the rule.
