		<description>From what I can tell many keitai (cell phone shops) in Japan now provide this service. I have never used it but I think it is great. A friend of mine recently bought a solar powered cell phone charger, similar to the ones you could buy in convenience stores fitted with standard batteries but completely solar powered.</description>
