Continuing on with the series of “timely taken photos” here’s another that caught my eye, the skirts on Japanese Schoolgirls are far too short in many instances.
I don’t thing this one needs as much explaining but maybe there’ll be those that think it’s doctored aswell …. i’m pretty suspicious that it has.

Update: Interesting results in the poll so far, this one has no finish date so it will be interesting to see how the numbers level out over time. Hmmm, maybe the results will mean introducing some new content on the site in the coming weeks.
Lastly, the Seven Wonders Of Japan has been run and done and Gary will soon be writing up the results on his site complete with brand new theme … go and check it out, not sure if there’ll be an update today though as he’s a bit sick and spending most of his time in the small office.

I did think carefully about posting this so close to another shot containing ’slight nudity’ then thought, who cares, it’s my site and i’ll post what i want and you are right with the “Anonymous” commentators that seem to come out of the woodwork … time will tell i guess.
The skirts aren’t too short, they usually reach the knees at the very least. But since wearing them that way seems kind of old fashioned, the schoolgirls tend to fold them or in some other way make them shorter.
“Far too short” wasn’t meant to come of as a negative.

Wow, it looks like I’m the only person who voted “Yes, of course it is!”. My reasoning is that they don’t look like the compulsory, government-issued, uniform underpants. They’re a bit too pink and frilly, even for the randy old men on the Board of Education. If the girl had deliberately changed out of the standard panties and donned such silky undergarments, she would surely have put on some loose socks as well.

When I posed the question “is it doctored?” I was actually referring to the guys face on the bin, it looks like it may have been copied from the window, I was never referring to the girls pants, it’s funny how one question can vary from person to person!

Can only speak for Tokyo myself …. and Shibuya springs to mind …. not for the shortest skirts but for the cutest girls.

At the moment actually in most places in Japan the shorter skirts are kind of ‘dasai’.. Knee length skirts are more fassionable nowadays.
