The skirts aren’t too short, they usually reach the knees at the very least. But since wearing them that way seems kind of old fashioned, the schoolgirls tend to fold them or in some other way make them shorter.

Wow, it looks like I’m the only person who voted “Yes, of course it is!”. My reasoning is that they don’t look like the compulsory, government-issued, uniform underpants. They’re a bit too pink and frilly, even for the randy old men on the Board of Education. If the girl had deliberately changed out of the standard panties and donned such silky undergarments, she would surely have put on some loose socks as well.

When I posed the question “is it doctored?” I was actually referring to the guys face on the bin, it looks like it may have been copied from the window, I was never referring to the girls pants, it’s funny how one question can vary from person to person!

Summer in Japan is full of shots like that. Especially if you are driving a lowered drift car like I do. Lowered car + girls on “MamaChari’s” = panty shots all day long. Just saying…

Mate.. When they are given the skirts they are not that short.. The girls have there mums altar them in most cases!

You can’t say “the skirts on Japanese Schoolgirls are far too short in many instances.”

At the moment actually in most places in Japan the shorter skirts are kind of ‘dasai’.. Knee length skirts are more fassionable nowadays.
