Hey Jon, not in finance but always partial to a swift half or a full pint if time permits. Glad you liked the photos and i`ll have to get down to the beer museum sometime soon. Cheers.

hi Neil.
Great photos of the area. The Bashi is my local for a "Swift Half" after work.
(which gives away the bank I work for, if you are in finance)
The photography museum is good, but the beer museum is even better!
There's not much to see in the way of exhibits, but it has a great model and some
photos of the area in 1988 of the Sapporo brewery that encompassed the whole area before it was demolished and reconstructed into what you see today. There is a very popular tasting lounge where you can sample the 4 different beers Sapporo brew for a mere 200 Yen each ( or 400 for a set of 4 small glasses of each)

Wow. Ebisu looks like a nice place.
Was there only once, went to eat at a place called Zetton. It's near the ebisu JR-station.
A nice and trendy place, loved the design of the restaurant, food and drinks were nice but a bit expensive.
I'm lloking forward for your next stop on the yamanote line.

Motts, my Japanese friends say it's for pollen, and I'd bet it's for pollution too, since I got blasted with grit every time the wind blew during my recent trip to Tokyo.

Duck, what's up with those people wearing masks around the place? I thought it was a reaction to SARS. Surely they're not still worried about it?
