Love kimchi nabe, but motsu ... dunno man. Yours truly comes from a sort of an ethnic background, and intestines were always all over the place; on the barbecue pit, in the soup ... could never get a taste for it myself. Then again, I like natto, so apparently my taste buds are fickle bastards.

You going to have to start when you come to Japan Kirk! I was a pretty basic eater before i came here ..... if you don't push yourself to try knew things it can suck at times, especially when going out as a group to restaurants.

I love nabe and I can even eat the nabe part of motsu nabe, but you can have the motsu. Give me Kimchi Nabe any day of the week though and I am in heaven!!

If you are ever in the Fukuoka area let me know, there are lots of famous motsu nabe places and a really good kimchi place that I would recommend over the motsu :-)
