Yes fish eyeballs are great – always grab them when fish head’s on the menu. Plus just about every fleshy part on them.

What i have when i eat Nigiri and what’s selected for me when it’s Sashimi are very different …. even asking for squid the other night, served as Sashimi was very different.

You can also cook them in curry: Fish head curry, with an optional side of noodles.
On another note, the fish in the picture seems to have really big eyes.
