I've only has fish heads once before, and it was in a soup, quite good.. This looks wonderful, I was wondering if you knew what sashimi was in the pictures and could list it? If not, I plan on printing the pic, just handing it to the Chef and see what happens. I tend to always get at least one item thats the chefs choice. I've found some of my favorite things that way.
