Will take your suggestion when i get to Kyushu, i won't rule anywhere in Japan out especially somewhere serving some great Ramen. It's roasted pork loin...fantastic. If you guys ever get to Kyushu, you have to try <a>Ichiran</a>. The best tonkatsu Ramen ever. You can customize to an amazing extent--the richness of the broth, the firmness of the noodles, how much of everything, and another serving of noodles is only 150 yen. I am also a fan of <a href="http://www.ikkyuu.com/" rel="nofollow">ikkyu</a>, but I think that's mostly a Yamaguchi　thing; can't imagine you'd ever make it down here. My favourite is bulgogi (grilled meat, that has to be put into salad leave with garlic and special filling) and sure gimbap (some type of Korea sushi, if I can call it like this).
