I live in Japan for three months of every year. My husband works for what is called Lonovo in Japan, or IBM here in the states. Even though the company separate, he is contracted out to Lonovo for three months of each year. We live in Roppongi when we are there, in a flat that is set up by the company for us. Thanks to you, I really REALLY think I should start a blog... XD I tried to explain that there was cucumber pepsi to my friends back in the states and that ATMs close at 5pm, and the fact that my apartment mail room is totally automated complete with creepy computer voice that says 'Konnichiwa' in a way that makes you shudder; and even just those things blew their minds... I'd hate to see what would happen if they knew about certain stores in Akihabara and the entire concept of junior idols ecchi dvds... (I try to spare them the insanity as much as possible.)
