Solar Powered Bra

In the past Triumph have come up with several bizarre bras from the Warmbiz Heated Bra, The Post Office Bra, The Anti Smoking Bra to my favourite, the My Chopsticks Bra.

Well, they’re at it again, this time with the Solar Powered “Photovoltaic-Powered Bra” which features an electricity-generating solar panel that powers a small display. Why? I don’t know and to be honest i don’t really care.

Apparently Touted as both “earth and human friendly,” the bra is also equipped with pads designed to hold beverages so the wearer can reduce usage of cans and plastic bottles, the company said.

Triumph lingerie model Yuko Ishida has once again adorned the new bra in question for all to wonder -exactly what is the point of this all?

Oh wow, this bra is perfect for mountaineers who cant recharge their cell phones while they’re hiking. And, just in case they run out of liquids, they have a hidden beverage stash that will tide them over ’til rescuers get to them. It’s always nice to have a spare squirter… I mean, water container with you at all times. Nice survival bra.

No idea Matt, i’m not a teacher. I’d try websites like Nova (not that they’re still running but may be of assistance) or JET program i’ve heard is big.

i LOLed @ “the bra is also equipped with pads designed to hold beverages” and Yuko Ishida drinking from the pad with a straw.

If I had to choose from the last three models, I’d pick the twins ;)

Must be designed for Japan, but isn’t Triumph German? My biggest Triumph mystery though is- why do they pronounce it “trimpu” rather than “traiumf”? Been bothering me for a while that one and thought this might be a good time to bring it up…

the point…?

Triumph gets to flog some non-production wares for PR purposes, the models get to strut their stuff and proclaim to Japanese media and its entirety that they are worth it, and consumers get to ogle their eyes over ground-breaking technology/models’ assets/sheer absurdity of the whole scheme.

just my two cents.
