Summer in Japan is a great time of the year and having a long weekend makes it even better. The destination was once again Shonan Beach at Enoshima. I had such a good time on Saturday i’m heading back down Sunday.
Despite the early morning Earthquake and warnings of a Tsumani the beach was busy.
No shortage of girls at Shonan beach and they’re always keen for a photo too.
I took the video camera again and this time took some better footage. The 2 bars next to each other saw a fair bit of my coin over the course of the day.

These bars open from about 9am and run through to somewhere around 6 ish.
Beers are cold and pretty reasonably priced considering your location at 600 yen a pop. There’s also a few food options if you get peckish.
They’re a pretty basic set-up with a portaloo that gets pretty whiffy out the back as the afternoon sun heats everything up, that aside it’s still a belter of an afternoon.
Not surprising cameras feature prominently on the beach.
As do inflatable devices.
I can’t imagine it’s all that easy to walk along the beach with high heels on, i’m glad they did though.
Tattoos are in an abundance at the beach … it’s not like they’re allowed to go to an Onsen i guess.
The facilities for the girls to do their hair and make-up inside the beach bars surprised me.
This lass was very comfortable in front of the camera.

Didn’t get numbers mate, didn’t try actually …. pretty easy to accumulate lots of numbers here that i end up with no intention in ever using.
It wasn’t that good down the beach Sunday Billy, weather was too hot, the beers too cold and the ladies terrible.

Not a lot of smog mate just an over cast day on Saturday, yesterday was much nicer but i didn’t get any footage.

Forgot to mention…. Not many are aware of how much of a gentleman you can be. Very nice of you to provide somewhere for the very obviously arm weary lass in the last pic to rest her arm. Long live the anteater.
