I was out late in Harajuku the other night and happened to be a little peckish, if would be fair to say it probably had a little something to do with a belly full of beer.
Late night food for me in Japan usually leads to 1 thing …. Ramen.
The usual masses of people were absent from Jangara Ramen so there was no trouble getting a seat right away.
Scanning the menu i noticed a spicy miso ramen i hadn’t seen before, ’nuff said …. and YES, it was every bis as spicy as it looks!
Jangara Ramen has 6 shops around Tokyo so if you love your Ramen i suggest you give this place a go.
I’d seen this cat getting around on his bike several times over the last few weeks but it was only last Sunday in Harajuku that i was able to hit him up for a photo.
I tried to take the first one semi discretely but he was on to me right away.
Then he beckoned me over for a few photos with my camera and with his.
Friday night saw me get along to the Tokyo CMG (Consumer Generated Media) .. or dudes involved in web based stuff in Japan …. night hosted by Danny and Andrew.
The night has evolved since it’s first run back in October and looks like it’s only going to get bigger and better.
As always there were lots of interesting people to meet, some new faces and some i’d met before.
On the left of me we have Chris Gaunt and to the right Jerome Sadou.
